Logo Fox terms and refunds

What you buy

One animation credit buys one AI-assisted animation attempt. The price is shown before checkout. There are no subscriptions or automatic top-ups. Upload a logo you own or have permission to use, give an instruction, and review and approve the animation plan before video generation.

A completed result is a five-second, 720p MP4 on a light background. AI output varies: exact lettering, colors, shapes and motion are not guaranteed. Plan approval does not guarantee artistic quality. There are no automatic alternate versions or generation retries.

All sales final, with technical-failure exceptions

We do not offer refunds for unused credits, change of mind or subjective style preferences. Refunds are available for verified technical failures and where required by law.

Technical failures include an unsuccessful generation with no delivered result, a corrupt or unplayable delivered file, or a service error that prevents delivery during the download window. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected. Contact support with your account email and project or purchase reference; never send your password or full card details.

A failed project may automatically restore its animation credit. This is not a cash refund. For a technical-failure refund, contact support so we can verify the failure and reconcile any restored credit. A restored credit cannot also be spent after its purchase has been refunded.

Download within 24 hours

For new customer projects, the download window lasts 24 hours after completion. Save the file to your device. Source uploads, raw video and final media expire 24 hours after a project completes, fails or is rejected; scheduled cleanup removes the stored files after expiration. This is not a cloud-storage service. Extended paid storage is not currently offered.

Expiration does not authorize another generation. Payment and accounting records are retained separately. Provider retention and backups are described separately in our privacy notice.

Using the service

Do not upload unlawful content or use another person's artwork without authorization. Keep your account credentials private. Availability may be paused for maintenance, abuse prevention or spending limits. A pause does not itself reverse a payment or erase your purchase record.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
