Logo Fox privacy notice

Effective September 25, 2026. Anthony Ortega operates Logo Fox in the United States. For privacy questions or an account/data-deletion request, contact support@logofox.studio from your account email.

Data used to deliver your animation

We process your account email, authentication information, uploaded logo, animation instruction, Director plan, generated media, project history, usage/cost information and payment references. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Security systems process request information such as IP addresses to prevent abuse.

Service providers

OpenAI receives the logo and instructions needed to prepare and validate the plan. xAI receives the inputs needed to generate the approved animation. Supabase provides authentication, database and private media storage; Vercel hosts the application; Stripe processes checkout; Cloudflare provides DNS, bot protection and support-email routing; Resend delivers authentication emails. Support email forwards to the operator's AOL inbox.

Full payment-card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in Logo Fox's application database. Media access is tied to your account; the service does not publish a public gallery of your uploads or results.

Retention and deletion

For new customer projects, source, raw and final media expire 24 hours after completion, failure or rejection. New download links stop at expiration and scheduled cleanup removes the stored objects. Download successful results within that window.

The media window does not erase account, purchase, ledger, fraud-prevention or dispute records. Those records are kept separately as needed to operate your account, reconcile payments and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion; some records may need to be retained for these purposes.

Deleting an application object is not a promise of immediate erasure from provider systems or backups. Providers apply their own contractual retention and security practices. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the animation.

We use this information to deliver the service, maintain accounts, handle support and protect payment and generation systems. Changes to this notice will be published on this page.
